How do we pair up?
One of you opens Settings → Pair with your partner → Invite, and shares the code. The other taps Join and types it in.
How do I keep my garden on a new phone?
Settings → Pair with your partner → Save with Apple. On the new phone, choose Sign in with Apple on the welcome screen. Your shared garden, coins and pairing are saved online while you're paired.
How do I cancel Crescent Plus?
Plus is billed by Apple. Open your iPhone's Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Crescent, and tap Cancel. You keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for.
I bought something and didn't get it.
Email us with the date of purchase and we'll sort it out. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I turn off notifications?
Settings → Notifications in Crescent, or your iPhone's Settings → Notifications → Crescent.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Pair with your partner → Delete account. This deletes your account and everything that belongs to you. See our Privacy Policy for details.
